Through our Annual Impact Initiative, a dedicated portion of The Collective’s acquisitions supports female entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, and individuals ready to inspire new ambitions.
We believe that when a woman has the resources to pursue her ambitions, she is positioned to lead, create, and innovate. The Impact Initiative exists to provide the essential startup capital needed to lean into the pivot, whether that means funding a certificate program in real estate, yoga, or fashion, attending a professional workshop, or launching a new creative direction.
The Impact Model: Annual Grant Tiers
Through our Annual Impact Campaign, we provide funding to remove the immediate financial hurdles that often stall a woman’s journey toward becoming:
- The Launch Grant ($150) | Jumpstarting the idea: Covering immediate setup costs, materials, or digital tools for a new direction.
- The Foundation Grant ($250) | Investing in education: Covering tuition, registration fees, or materials for certificate programs, specialized classes, and professional workshops.
- The Catalyst Grant ($500 – $1,000) | Fueling the major pivot: Providing substantial startup capital to scale a new business, fund a large creative work, or complete advanced professional training.

Why a $20 Application Fee? 100% of these fees are reinvested into the ecosystem to cover the administrative and operational functions of the grant process. This community-supported model ensures The Catalyst Fund remains a sustainable engine for female economic empowerment. This is the only fee we will ask of micro-grant applicants and/or recipients.
